THE PSYCH COUNSELLING SIDE

At MMC Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (waves 1-3) and Psychoanalytic Therapy (Freud, Jung and Adler) are used to address depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, adjustment issues, behavioural issues like conduct disorder and ADHD. At MMC, client and therapist work together in an alliance to overcome these challenges.
